Kari’s work bridges social justice and technology, helping underserved communities access skills and opportunities. She holds a B.A. in Political Science/Criminology and a Master’s in Psychology with an emphasis on Human Factors.

James Ferreira is architecting the “Seed-to-Synapse” technology backbone for the psychedelic medical industry, advancing Curative Mental Health with blockchain-verified traceability and AI-powered biometric feedback. A self-taught coder and bestselling O’Reilly author, James has held leadership roles including CIO for the New Mexico Attorney General’s Office and Google AI Strategist. His career spans public-sector infrastructure, global humanitarian leadership, and enterprise technology innovation. He is spiritually grounded in Rinzai Zen and Reiki mastery, guiding his work at the intersection of plant medicine and advanced AI.

David Williams

David brings over 25 years of executive leadership in systems engineering, cloud strategy, and operations. He has led global teams and digital transformations for Fortune 1000 clients, with senior roles at Amazon Web Services, Iron Mountain, and Appirio. Known for bridging infrastructure and business goals, David delivers stability, growth, and secure multi-cloud architectures. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Alliance of African American Athletes and Next Generation Talent.

Lisa Price leads strategic partnerships and business development for Ignite Synergy at the intersection of mental health technology and psychedelic-assisted care. She brings deep experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, and consultative sales, with extensive work across state governments and enterprise partners. Lisa collaborates cross-functionally to translate market feedback into product direction, partner success, and go-to-market execution. She is passionate about ethical partnerships that expand access to long-term mental health support.

Veronica Frantz-Eggleston

Operations & Strategy Executive

Veronica is a senior operations and strategy executive with over two decades of experience in public sector leadership, nonprofit growth, and high-growth companies. She specializes in building durable operational frameworks, aligning strategy with execution, and navigating complex regulatory environments. Her background includes legislative research, policy development, governance, and global market development. Veronica completed executive education in Women’s Leadership at Harvard University and Business and Strategy at the University of Oxford.

Roy Truitt

Roy Truitt is a seasoned entrepreneur with a BS in Engineering and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He financed and founded Truco Enterprises, the exclusive licensee for “On the Border” retail food products, and led multiple high-growth ventures across manufacturing, outsourcing, and logistics. Roy has launched companies spanning medical technology, consumer goods distribution, and hyper-local information platforms, and he actively invests in and consults for early-stage companies and nonprofits in the Austin area.
